Guest access Guest will have access to the first and second floor. Parking-Townhome has 2 dedicated parking spaces. There are additional parallel parking spaces in front of the building but are first come first serve for the entire community. House rules: MUST be at least 21 to book. NO PARTIES. This a family friendly and quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors in the community. No exceptions. HVAC AND THERMOSTAT: We ask that you please keep the thermostat set between 68 and 75 degrees. Please do not set the A/C below 68 degrees! If the thermostat is set too low, the condenser may freeze leaving you without AC until a technician can come to service. All 3 bedrooms and the living room our equipped with ceiling fans. NO PETS ALLOWED- We are trying to protect the health of all our guest. Fees will apply if we see any signs of pets. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE- Please use any outside access if you are cigarette or cigar smoker or Vape. DAMAGES- We understand that accidents happen, if anything happens please notify right away, you may be charged according to damage so try to take care of this lovely home as your own. CHECKOUT- Please take out any trash bags to the nearest dumpster before you leave. Load dishwasher before leaving and clean counter from any trash. Please leave AC between 72-74. Heat between 67-69. Please close all windows / doors and lock front door. Thank you
